SHIPPING

All Order ship from our Warehouse in Orange - California, CA 

US SHIPPING

  • US Orders under $10 ship for $3 Flat Rate
    US Orders over $10 ship for $7 Flat Rate

  • Your package will ship either as First Class Mail or Priority Mail
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking number to be updated after shipping 

CANADA SHIPPING

  • CA Orders under $10 ship for $8 Flat Rate
    CA Orders over $10 ship for $15 Flat Rate

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Will be calculated at Checkout (Your package will ship either as First Class Mail International or Priority Mail International)
  • WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking number to be updated after shipping 

DELIVERY 

Delivery time depends on location. 

Orders within CA take 1-3 days while orders going out of state can take up to 5-7 Business Days

 

PROCESSING TIME

  • Processing time ranges from 1-5 Days - usually orders ship within 1-2 days. 

RETURNS

Our Return Policy lasts 30 days after goods have been received. We are usually flexible with exchanges and will try our best to leave our customers happy
All Packages ship within 1-3 business days and will have USPS Tracking. 

  • Make sure your item is unused and in the same condition as you received it. 
  • Please do not send back your item before contacting us (fantasticfaminc(at)gmail.com)
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Items on sale cannot be refunded

EXCHANGES

Items will only be exchanged if they are defective, damaged, the size does not fit, or you received the wrong item by mistake.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Damaged/Wrong Product: We will issue you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours of approval
  • Size Exchange - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Reshipping the item from our warehouse will cost $5 Flat Rate which will be billed to you

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
